Ciri – Ciri Interview yang Tidak Berjalan Baik





Proses interview adalah proses yang di tunggu – tunggu bagi pencari kerja. Ribuan Pencari Kerja menanti telphone panggilan Interview dari HRD. Schedule pun sudah diatur, Anda hanya perlu mempersiapkan diri dan mental Anda untuk menghadapi interview.
Rasa “deg-degan'' pasti Anda rasakan, apalagi Anda baru pertama kali menghadapi interview kerja di sebuah perusahan. Tapi perasaan ini hendaknya tidak menghalangi Anda untuk menghadapi proses interview.
Setelah proses interview mungkin Anda akan bertanya – tanya “Apakah proses interview tadi berjalan lancar? “Apakah HRD menyukai profil Anda” ? Anda mungkin tidak akan mendapatkan jawaban langsung setelah proses interview dilakukan, tapi Anda bisa mengira-ngira apakah proses interview yang baru saja Anda lakukan berjalan lancar atau tidak.

Berikut beberapa ciri interview yang tidak berjalan dengan baik :

Waktu yang Terlalu Cepat
Proses wawancara biasanya dilakukan dalam kurun waktu 10 – 20 menit atau lebih. Jika si pewawancara hanya menghabiskan waktu kurang dari 10 menit maka sudah dipastikan si pewawancara tidak ingin mengetahui sosok Anda lebih lanjut. Yang artinya Anda tidak cukup menarik baginya.

Anda Mendominasi Percakapan
Pada umumnya dalam proses interview, porsi si pewawancara lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kandidat yang diwawancarai, tetapi karena rasa antusias dan semangat yang berlebihan terkadang si kandidat mendominasi percakapan dengan mengajukan banyak pertanyaan kepada si pewawancara. Jika hal ini terjadi bisa-bisa waktu wawancara habis sebelum seluruh pertanyaan ditanyakan.

Pandangan si Interviewer Tidak Fokus Pada Anda
Saat menjalani wawancara, jadilah pengamat yang aktif. Perhatikan bahasa tubuh Interviewer kerja Anda. Jika pandangannya mudah teralihkan kepada orang yang lewat, atau tidak fokus pada Anda, hal ini bisa jadi pertanda bahwa si pewawancara tidak ingin melanjutkan wawancara ini ke tahap selanjutnya. Jika hal ini terjadi, cobalah tanyakan kepada si pewawancara apakah jawaban yang Anda berikan sudah menjawab pertanyaan yang ia utarakan. Atau tanyakan pula apakah Anda bisa menawarkan informasi lain tentang diri Anda yang dibutuhkan.

Sikap Terlalu Arrogant
Dalam sebuah wawancara, tanpa disadari sering kali pelamar kerja terlalu menyombangkan diri dengan kemampuan yang ia miliki, hal ini justru membuat interviewer tidak interest kepada Anda. Hal utama yang harus Anda lakukan adalah bersikap sewajarnya namun tetap rendah hati.
