Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:

1. Involved with design, development and construction of a huge range of project in the built and natural environment
2. Planning civil projects and ensure all projects timely completion
3. Manage and monitoring civil project work request from users including well-resourced, availability of materials and equipments, and ensure all projects are running well effectively, effienctly (time and cost)
4. Coordinate with related internal and external parties
5. Evaluate contractors performance to ensure that the contractors has technical qualification which match with company requirements
6. Prepare monthly report, progress report of projects, and project closing report and submit to Project Manager

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
2. Good knowledge of Project Management, Project Construction, and Project Contracts
3. Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project
4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Civil Engineer/Project Supervisor

IT Database Administrator
Responsibilities:
Responsible to the performance, integrity, and security of database. Design and document  database architecture, data warehousing and business intelligence platform, build database  scheme and procedures, implementation,  monitoring, tuning, backup, migration, and support.
Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2. Proficiency in database administration, prospect,and constituent management, data imports and exports; Expected to utilize most primary business software and system knowledge of Oracle,   SQL Server, Linux
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience as IT Database Administrator in a reputable/multinational company

Hydrolic Modeller
Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management and maintenance of the Waste Hydraulic Model Library and providing hydrolic modelling of water distributionof the entire system
2. Provide expert technical support to Planning, Production, Operations, Strategy Functions and distributionservices ensuring their modeling requirements are met
3. Manage, check and approve internal and external modeling output ensuring specification compliance in all calibrated base model
4. Coordinate pressure measurement/flow measurement & drawing production for new connection
5. Develop close links to the Network Analysts, Asset Performance, Asset Management, Asset Strategy and Developer Services teams to understand their requirements
6. Research the modelling requirements, prioritising schemes to deliver service improvements through system knowledge
7. Act as scheme manager, checker and/or approver of all Internally and externally built and calibrated models to ensure consistency across all model stock
8. Ensure that network capacity is maintained to meet future demands (with Asset Strategy)
9. Continually improve business processes within the capability modelling team and Planning Department
10. Support the Efficiency and Telemetry teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of automated control activities
11. Extend the use/benefit of models into operational, catchment analysis according to Planning Department
12. Producing detailed reports for managementbyrequest, monthly and annual
13. Allowing to any other duties that may be required to meet business needs

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Hydrolic Engineering or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
2. Good working knowledge of water network and water treatment processes
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experienceas Design Hydrolic position in multinational company
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.

Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:

1.  Advising Board of Directors on all corporate and legal matters
2. Acting as the Legal Advisor to the company
3. Acting as Corporate Secretary to write, review and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents
4. Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company
5. Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues
6. Represent the company in various legal proceedings
7. Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc
8. Reviewing and advising on all contracts signed by the company
9. Reviewing and advising on Customer Service Agreements issued by the company
10. Liaising with the company’s external lawyers in case of litigation

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law, Business or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
3. At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Legal Manager/Corporate Lawyer in any industry, preferablypublic service industry
4. Maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

Non Revenue Water Manager
Responsibilities:

1. Daily management of the Non-Revenue Water Department
2. Planning and implementing all activities associated with pressure management, leakage control and metering to achieve and maintain aggresive NRW targets
3. Budgeting, staff planning, and cost control of the Non-Revenue Water Department
4. Monthly reporting, monthly departemental meetings and co-ordination with other Departments
5. Evaluating alternative technical solutions for operational improvements
6. Ensuring quality standards, health, and safety requirements comply with national requirements

Requirements:

1. This is Senior Position reporting to Division Head of Operations
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
4. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Head of Operations
Responsibilities:

1. Daily management of the Production, Distribution and Non-Revenue Water
2. Ensuring water quality, quantity, and continuity meets the contractual requirements of the company
3. Optimizing the operational performance of the Production, Distribution, and Non-Revenue Water Departments
4. Planning  and ensuring the execution of maintenance, repair, upgrades of the treatment works, transmission and distribution lines and network system including district meter areas monitoring system
5. Budgeting, staff planning, and cost control of the Production, Distribution, and Non-Revenue Water Departments
6. Monthly reporting, monthly departmental meetings and co-ordination with other Departments
7. Evaluating altenative technical solutions for operational improveme
8. Raw water resources abstraction management
9. Liaison and communication with external parties
10. Ensuring quality standards, health, and safety requirements are complied with national requirements

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
2. This position is a Senior Position reporting to the President Director
3. Min. S1 in any discipline from reputable University, and has min. 15 years experience in Operation of Water Professional Company
4. Has excellence knowledge in Production, Distribution, and Non-Revenue Water
5. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
6. At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
