Electrician (INA-12-BTM-00051)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
* To perform domestic installation: lighting, power sockets, (internal and external),- including surge protection and back up power sources
* To install temporary and permanent electrical sytems as required
Requirements:
* Must be registered and licensed to operate as an electrician
* Certified electrician capable of signing off electrical installations (to Indonesian / Australian standard) test and repair electrical appliances
* Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
* Preferably Batam residence.

QA/QC Systems Manager (INA-12-BTM-00048)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
Assuring the effective implementation of LCI’s quality management systems, policies & procedures with the objective of ensuring high-quality project management, productive work planning, quality products & the overall satisfaction of the client.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in the Quality Field
* Familiar with ISO 9001 & Quality Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level
* Experience in performing quality related inspections, testing programs & audits
* Experience in Nonconformance reporting, analysis & corrective action management
* Experience in providing management with regular feedback on Quality matters
* Experience in a Quality related role in similar industry at a Senior Level
* Indonesian Citizen Only.

IT Officer (INA-12-BTM-00046)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
* To provide technical support which include acquiring, installing, troubleshooting, assessing hardware and software problems and finding viable solutions with the objectives of ensuring minimum disruption of hardware and software operation
Requirements:
* Degree in Information Technology
* Minimum 2 years experience in similar position, have experience on the network system
* Preferably living in Batam

Concrete Superintendent (INA-12-BTM-00045)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all activities on multiple job sites to ensure that all concrete activities are completed as scheduled and walked for quality
* Supervise all concerete job on daily basis (External & Ancillary Buildings, Slabs, Foundations)
* Forecast the need for crews to ensure that staffing matches the concrete and operations schedule
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in concrete construction experience
* Having general knowledge of the building process and detailed knowledge of all aspects of the concrete trades and practices
* Indonesian Citizen Only.

MEP Superintendent (INA-12-BTM-00044)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)
Responsibilities:
* To successfully manage the mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on the project with the objective of meeting the budgets, achieving the MEP targets, preserving the company image and securing further work
* Ability to read and interpret construction documents; knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position, extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction management experience
* Ability to read and interpret construction documents; knowledge of construction methods and materials
* Indonesian Citizen Only.
