Austin Engineering Indonesia is a global engineering company with its core business in the mining and resources sector. We are looking for highly motivated Indonesian Professionals to join our team, with following position:


Quality Assurance
Qualification:

1. University graduate with Mechanical engineering degree
2. Min. 3 years work experience in steel fabrication company
3. Honest, hard working, able to work indepndently.
4. Able to work under pressure and in every kind of work environment.
5. Proficient in English and language, both verbal and written
6. Operate a computer in MS Office and other related software
7. Quality control systems ensure that there is a steady (Fixed according to standard).
8. Managing implement its ISO certification
9. Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations to improve operations or solving problems associated with the process.
10. Review the operation of the plant constantly to monitor production and quality, to anticipate the problem solving in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
11. Maintain records on a daily, weekly and monthly, QA key variables.
12. Coordinate activities with other departments to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
13. Communicate directly with production supervisory to ensure effective participation by operators in the process of policy implementation and QA procedures.
14. Initiate and implement projects that improve the efficiency and / or reduce operating costs

Senior Estimator
Qualification:

1. University graduate with Mechanical engineering degree
2. Min. 5 Years experience in estimator with a strong background in the steel construction.
3. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a capability in estimating of Steel Plate Fabrication and Steel Construction Project.
4. Good knowledge of materials and welding will be important.
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English
